Luxury Hospitality Intelligence
Know every guest before they arrive.
Lakehouses, guest data platforms, and VIP intelligence for resorts that run on personal service.
Overview
How we approach it.
A resort guest leaves a trail in the PMS, the POS, spa management, golf tee sheets, the CRM, and marketing automation, and none of those systems agrees on who the guest is. Staff end up working from end-of-day reports, with no single view of each guest or member to support the personal, anticipatory service guests now expect.
We build a governed lakehouse that unifies those sources, a customer data platform that resolves guest records into shared profiles, and role-based access that controls who can use the data. Frontline teams then get timely insight, and retention, revenue, and attribution models run on the same foundation. At one hospitality operator, that brought more than a dozen systems into one guest view and identified nearly 1,000 high-value VIP profiles.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask.
01What is a customer data platform for a hotel or resort?
A customer data platform for a resort connects data from the PMS, POS, spa, golf, CRM, and marketing systems and resolves it into one profile per guest. Identity resolution is the step that matches records belonging to the same person. For one hospitality operator, this brought more than a dozen systems into one guest view.
02How do you find VIP guests in scattered data?
You find them by unifying the records first, then resolving them into shared guest profiles. At one hospitality operator, we identified nearly 1,000 high-value VIP profiles this way. Those profiles can then be enriched with third-party data, so staff know more about a guest before arrival.
03How can a luxury resort give frontline staff real-time guest insight?
A resort gives frontline staff real-time insight by feeding them from a governed guest data platform, with role-based access controlling who sees what. For one hospitality operator, frontline teams now get real-time intelligence instead of end-of-day reports. Property analytics run in Power BI and custom web apps.
