Custom Software & Platforms
We build the portals and platforms a business runs on every day: one sign-in for data, reporting, pricing, finance, and customer communication, with AI agents that act on it, connected to the systems you already run.
What kind of software does Level60 build?
Level60 builds custom platforms that a company's teams use every day, from executives to frontline staff. Most combine governed reporting, pricing and financial tools, communication through voice, chat, and SMS, and AI agents that turn findings into assigned work.
- Communication hubs: voice agents that answer and place calls, two-way SMS, and chat assistants trained on your own documents
- Analytics and reporting: dashboards where each person sees only their own data, scheduled reports, and exports to PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Actions: agents and work queues that turn findings into assigned, tracked work
- Pricing: recommendations, simulators, competitor price tracking, and anomaly alerts
- Financial: profit and loss drill-downs, what-if planning, reconciliation, and month-end close
- Operations: staffing, scheduling, and inventory workflows built around how your teams already work
How does a custom platform connect to the systems we already run?
We connect to the systems a business already depends on, such as property management, point of sale, CRM, and finance, and keep their data in sync on a schedule. One resort portal we built draws on more than a dozen of the resort's operating systems, from the property management system and point of sale to spa, golf, and WiFi.
How do you control who sees what?
Every platform we build signs people in through your identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, with permissions set page by page. Reports can limit each person to their own data, approvals gate sensitive changes, and an audit trail records who did what.
Who runs the platform after launch?
Your team runs it. Training, governance, and documentation are part of every build, so the platform keeps working after we step back.
