Privacy

Your information, explained.

This policy covers information handled through the Level60 Consulting website, including inquiries, the optional Blueprint builder, and the No Vacancy simulator and class portal. Client project data is covered by the agreements for those engagements.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, company, and message you provide. If you use Blueprint, we receive your description and any industry, system, or goal selections needed to generate a diagram. Sending a Blueprint to Level60 also provides your contact details, optional notes, the description and selections, and the diagram.

Website requests also provide technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and access times. Our hosting services may process this information in operational logs. We use IP addresses to limit abusive requests.

How we use it

We use submitted information to answer inquiries, discuss potential engagements, generate the diagrams you request, and maintain related correspondence. We use technical information to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website. Form submissions are stored for our team and delivered by email to support follow-up.

Please do not submit passwords, credentials, patient information, customer records, or confidential business material through these forms. A general description is enough to start a conversation or sketch a system.

Blueprint and AI processing

Blueprint sends your description and selections to Anthropic, the provider of Claude, to generate a draft diagram. This processing happens when you request a diagram, before you choose whether to send it to Level60. Your contact details are collected separately when you choose to send the Blueprint to us.

A Blueprint share link contains the selected capability blocks and their connections. It does not contain your original description, contact details, notes, or the generated title, summary, and explanations. The diagram structure can still reveal something about your plans, so share links only with intended recipients. Recipients also need the Blueprint access password. Password access does not make Blueprint a channel for confidential data.

No Vacancy simulator and class portal

Level60 staff add the instructors who use the class portal; instructors can't sign up themselves. We store each instructor's name, email address, and organization.

Instructors sign in with a link we email through Azure Communication Services. Each link expires after 15 minutes and can be used once. We share the instructor's email address and name with that service to deliver the message. We keep a daily count of sign-in emails per address to prevent abuse. IP addresses used to limit sign-in attempts are held only in server memory and discarded within 24 hours.

Instructors create classes, teams, and games, and choose class and team names and descriptions. Those can include students' names if the instructor enters them. Students don't create accounts and don't give us an email address. A team signs in with a team code, and the team's game decisions and results are stored with its class.

Class data stays until the instructor or Level60 deletes the class. Deleting a class removes its teams, games, and results. Instructors can ask us to remove their account or any class data by writing to info@level60consulting.com.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to host the website, store submissions, deliver email, and provide AI generation. These include Microsoft Azure and, for Blueprint generation, Anthropic. They receive information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the website and the rights of others.

We do not sell personal information submitted through this website or share it with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.

Cookies and tracking

Password-protected Blueprint access and staff sign-in use cookies to maintain access. The No Vacancy class portal sets two more: an instructor session cookie (nv_teacher, 12 hours) and a team session cookie (nv_team, 14 days). Both are limited to the simulator pages and used only to keep you signed in.

The single-screen No Vacancy game saves your progress, theme, sound setting, and a board hint in your browser's local storage on your own device. That information isn't sent to us, and hotel names you type stay on the device.

The public website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not track visitors across other websites or change how this site works in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; doing so may prevent protected features from working.

Retention and your requests

We keep contact and Blueprint submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you, to discuss or carry out work you asked about, and to keep ordinary business records. We delete them sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them. IP addresses used to limit abuse are held only in server memory and discarded within 24 hours. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, or to ask about retention. We may need to verify your identity and retain some information where required or permitted by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to object to certain processing or complain to your local data protection authority. Send privacy questions and requests to info@level60consulting.com, or write to Level60 Consulting, 1033 Demonbreun Street, Suite 300, Nashville, TN, USA.
