Our story
Practitioners, not a pitch deck.
Ricardo Anders founded Level60 in 2004, with offices in Nashville and Geneva and a focus on pricing, revenue management, and analytics. More than two decades later, we build from offices across the United States and South America, on projects across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
We take systems from proof of concept to production, and from production to value that compounds. Agentic AI, LLMs, lakehouses, Microsoft Fabric: we pick the tool after we understand the problem.
Every engagement answers one question. Does this system deliver measurable value in production? If the answer isn't yes, we aren't done.

Principles
How we work.
01
Practitioners who ship
We're engineers and architects, not a vendor selling hype. The deliverable is a working system in production.
02
Evaluation discipline
We measure every model and agent on your data before it goes live, then keep measuring. You see the accuracy numbers, not a promise.
03
Your team runs it
Training, governance, and documentation are part of the build. The investment compounds inside your organization instead of turning into a permanent consulting habit.
04
Start with the business problem
We start with the decision you need to make and work backward to the data and the tools. Technology is the last choice we make.
Leadership
The people who build it.
