The problem.
Analytics were siloed by department, and clinician workflows were largely manual. The system had no infrastructure to put predictive models into care delivery.

How we built it.
We built a governed platform that brings EHR, claims, and operational data together, with HIPAA controls, role-based access, and audit trails throughout. On top of it we built risk stratification, readmission, and demand models, plus NLP that pulls structured insight out of clinical notes.
