Mr. Anders is a global technology and business advisor providing strategic leadership and consulting to a variety of teams including Expedia, Dell, Sony and HCA. Ricardo’s background includes such varied fields as business intelligence/big data, econometric modeling, enterprise software development and bio-informatics. He spent time working under Nobel Prize recipient Dr. James Watson at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
Ricardo founded Level60 Consulting in 2006 with offices in Geneva, Switzerland and Nashville, TN, and has driven international enterprise-wide engagements with companies such as Expedia, Hotels.com, HCA, Sony, BMI, Dollar General, Warner Brothers, Credit Suisse, Mobil, General Electric, Marriott, Deutsche Bank, HBO and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ricardo is a frequent guest speaker/panelist at international conferences focused on both technology, business and hospitality and has been quoted in Business Week and Forbes. Ricardo studied Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Cornell University and resides in Nashville.
Mr. Ferguson’s focus is strategy and analytics, he brings over 25 years of experience working with global organizations. Brian has held a wide range of positions including, Director of Business Development for Africa Expeditions in Nairobi, Kenya, VP at Smith Travel Research in Nashville, TN, VP of Supply Strategy and Analysis for Expedia in Geneva, Switzerland, VP of Market Management for Expedia in Singapore, and VP of Supply Strategy and Analysis for ELong in Beijing, China. He has a Master of Professional Studies degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, and has presented at more than 30 industry conferences.
Ferguson joined the faculty of the School of Hospitality at Johnson & Wales University for the 2015-16 academic year. He teaches Revenue Management, Hotel Asset Management, and Senior Seminar.
Chris K. Anderson Ph.D.
Anderson’s expertise is in the fields of data analytics and dynamic pricing and is a professor at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Prior to his appointment in 2006, he was on faculty at the Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario Canada. His main research focus is on revenue management and service pricing. He actively works with industry, across numerous industry types, in the application and development of analytics and pricing solutions, having worked with a variety of hotels, airlines, rental car and tour companies as well as numerous consumer packaged goods and financial services firms. Anderson’s research has been funded by numerous governmental agencies and industrial partners and he serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals. At the School of Hotel Administration, he teaches courses in revenue management, data driven analytics and statistics and serves as the Director for Cornell’s Center for Hospitality Research.

Tim Richardson works with hospital system executives to generate new, non-traditional revenue streams by developing partnerships with consumer brands and consumer retailers. Prior to co-founding Enliven in 2005, Tim was a Founding Partner at marketing & advertising agency Richardson, Delevante & Quadland, a Director at financial services marketing agency Alcott Routon, a VP at e-commerce solutions firm Weberize and a Copywriter at Seigenthaler Public Relations. Over a twelve year period, he led a variety of strategic marketing and advertising engagements with regional and national clients, including American Healthways, Capitol Records, The Corporation for Public Broadcasting, Mitre, PONY, ellesse, Smith Travel Research, Brentwood Capital and the National Federation of Independent Business. He is an accomplished brand strategist and entrepreneur, using creative tactics to integrate new marketing techniques with traditional retail, advertising and sales efforts. He received his BA and MA from the University of Georgia.

Ansell Hawkeye, Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of Ansell Limited, is engaged in the marketing and manufacturing of personal protective equipment for the military and first responder markets. Ansell Hawkeye is a principal supplier of tactical and utility gloves to the United States Department of Defense and soldiers around the world. (www.AnsellHawkeye.com) As General Manager, Mr. Bedetti’s responsibilities are to direct and oversee sales, marketing and operations as well as develop, set and execute upon the strategic goals of the business. In his previous role at Ansell, Pablo was Director of Global Business Development and Strategic Planning and responsible for developing corporate strategy, managing the strategic planning process, targeting and leading mergers & acquisitions and developing business intelligence capabilities across the industrial, medical and consumer businesses worldwide. He received his B.S and M.B.A from Cornell University.

Robert I. Bowers, Jr. is Senior Vice President for Smith Travel Research (STR), the leading global authority for lodging industry occupancy, room rate and supply/demand trends. As part of its monthly STAR program, STR obtains hotel performance data from over 40,000 properties worldwide accounting for over 5 million rooms. STR Global clients include Intercontinental Hotels Group, Hilton Hotels, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Worldwide, Choice Hotels International, Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, Accor and Carlson Hospitality. Mr. Bowers has over 30 years of global lodging industry experience. He has a broad background which includes strategic marketing, industry analysis and product management. Prior to joining STR, Mr. Bowers was Director of Competitive & Industry Analysis for Holiday Inn Worldwide.
