Our Solution: We worked with the hotel company create standard procedures and best practices. We then identified hotels we wanted to manage centrally, created a competitive pricing structure, and a plan to attract hotels to our services. In tandem, we hired top quality talent to provide day to day revenue management.

Business Impact: Within a year, we increased the number of hotels by over 400%. We successfully hired and trained the staff needed to support the properties. Hotels on service outperformed those hotels not on service by over 2 points in RevPAR Index.

Opportunity: The cost of diesel fuel varies dramatically across the country, as you cross state lines and enter cities and counties with higher tax rates this can add up to thousands, and sometimes millions of dollars, in cost.  Today, freight carriers optimize their transportation network based on optimal distance and not by the cost of diesel fuel or municipal tax rates.

Our Solution: We developed a cloud hosted, scalable fuel optimization system that suggest which fuel stops to leverage in real-time based on fluctuating fuel prices and local tax rates.  Both corporate decision-makers and drivers can see where they should stop and which stops to avoid.  Overall savings were also measured in real-time and communicated through-out the organization.

Business Impact: Immediate fuel purchase behavior changes were seen after the system provided visibility through-out the organization of where the best prices were available.  Contract negotiations were also heavily influenced by the availability of analytics around purchase and pricing patterns.
